Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from understanding client needs to candidate placement.
• Drive new business development efforts, identifying and securing new sales recruitment opportunities.
• Source and attract high-calibre sales professionals through strategic networking and proactive candidate engagement.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' sales acumen and experience.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in Sales recruitment .
• Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and the ability to identify top sales performers.
• Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
