Our client, a specialist recruitment consultancy, is seeking a high-calibre Senior Recruitment Consultant with expertise in the technology sector to join their remote team serving clients across Northern Ireland . You will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing specialist candidates, and driving significant growth within the tech recruitment vertical, all within a fully remote, flexible working structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from initial client briefing to successful placement.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical hiring needs and market challenges.
• Proactively source, engage, and assess high-calibre technology professionals using advanced search techniques.
• Build and maintain an extensive network of IT professionals and industry contacts across Northern Ireland and beyond.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assess technical skills, and provide comprehensive feedback to clients.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious placement targets within the technology recruitment domain.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant focus on technology recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in hard-to-fill IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, data scientists).
• Excellent understanding of the technology market, trends, and required skill sets.
• Strong remote working skills, including self-discipline, effective communication, and time management.
• Exceptional client relationship management and business development capabilities.
