Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical screenings and cultural fit evaluations.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in the technology sector.
• Deep understanding of various IT roles, skill sets, and market rates.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
