About the Role

Our client, a highly regarded recruitment consultancy, is looking for a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialize in placing technology professionals. This is a fully remote position, ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a flexible, home-based environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for a diverse range of tech roles, building strong relationships with clients nationwide, and contributing to the expansion of our client's strong reputation in the tech talent market. Working from anywhere in the UK, you'll be a key player in connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract niche and high-demand tech talent.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their strategic hiring objectives.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Significant experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in the technology sector .
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, honed through remote interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and achieve targets in a remote setting.
• A deep understanding of current technology trends and the IT job market.
