You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and driving successful placements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Proactively source, engage, and qualify candidates using a variety of digital tools and networking strategies.
• Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through excellent communication.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide expert advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement and revenue targets within a remote working structure.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies for the consultancy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, with a proven record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions remotely.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, online job boards, and social media for sourcing.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
