Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client consultation and brief to successful candidate placement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
• Contribute to business development efforts to expand the client base and revenue streams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in recruitment consultancy, with a demonstrable track record of success.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market analysis, and talent acquisition methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
