You will be instrumental in sourcing high-calibre candidates and providing strategic recruitment solutions to businesses in Brighton and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key client relationships within the recruitment consultancy framework.
• Identify and engage with potential new clients to drive business growth in the Brighton area.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high fit for client requirements.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the candidate journey through to successful placement.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant , with significant experience in managing client relationships and placements.
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving recruitment targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote responsibilities.
• Understanding of the Brighton employment market is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a senior or lead consultant role is preferred.
