Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs.
- Implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across different sectors.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
- Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , demonstrating success in achieving targets.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
