Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates for a diverse range of roles across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives.
• Manage job order fulfillment, ensuring timely and successful placement of candidates.
• Negotiate offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to build and expand talent pools.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon individual and team targets for placements and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong track record of success in candidate delivery and client management.
• Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and best practices in sourcing and interviewing.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems and online sourcing tools.
