Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for complex client mandates, ensuring timely and successful placements.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top-tier talent for critical roles.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, offering strategic recruitment advice.
- Mentor and coach junior recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry .
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and tools, including advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for team development.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced, office-based setting in Newcastle upon Tyne .
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the UK employment market.
