Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple client vacancies, from initial brief to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates using various online platforms and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment to ensure suitability for client roles.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their specific talent needs.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon recruitment targets and KPIs in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and hitting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a remote context.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Strong understanding of market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a remote-first environment.
