Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates for a diverse range of roles.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Drive business development activities to identify and secure new client opportunities within specified markets.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team placement targets and revenue goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in the Recruitment Consultancy sector is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using recruitment CRM systems and various sourcing tools.
