Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key hiring managers and decision-makers at client organizations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting techniques, to identify passive and active candidates.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon targets for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
