Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts within the Aberdeen region and beyond.
• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates across various industries and specialisms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and database management.
• Conduct thorough client needs analysis to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate terms of business and finalize offers to ensure successful placements.
• Mentor junior members of the recruitment team, sharing best practices and market insights.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a consultancy setting.
• Demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
• Familiarity with the Aberdeen market or relevant industry sectors is advantageous.
