Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates for a diverse range of permanent and temporary roles.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic advice.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious personal and team targets for placements and revenue generation.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing client accounts effectively.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
