Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for client vacancies.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their business objectives and recruitment strategies.
• Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre passive and active candidates.
• Conducting in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Negotiating offers of employment and managing the pre-boarding process for successful candidates.
• Staying abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and new recruitment technologies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , with at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment projects and achieve challenging targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing.
• Strong business acumen and the capacity to understand diverse industry requirements.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
