You will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, identifying and attracting top talent, and contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for key client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in successful placements.
• Solid understanding of various recruitment methodologies and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric focus.
• Ability to adapt to and excel in a hybrid working environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
