You will leverage your expertise to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and relationship building to candidate sourcing, selection, and placement across various sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including networking, attending industry events, and contributing to sales strategies.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Demonstrable experience in client management, business development, and building a strong candidate network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law principles.
- A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
