This pivotal role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and understanding their needs to sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-caliber candidates. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, building lasting client relationships, and upholding the company's reputation for excellence in talent acquisition, all within a supportive, fully remote work environment that empowers you to excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent for a diverse range of client roles.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for placed candidates.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a recruitment consultancy environment, preferably with agency experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a fully remote setting.
