Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Leicester market and surrounding areas.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , with at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and various sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
