Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct targeted searches and interviews to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for specialist roles.
• Actively engage in business development activities to secure new clients and recruitment mandates in Oxfordshire .
• Negotiate offers and manage the entire recruitment process through to successful placement.
• Share market insights and best practices with clients and the internal team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• A solid understanding of the Oxford and Oxfordshire job market.
• Ability to work effectively within a hybrid model, balancing remote and office-based responsibilities.
