Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify the best fits for client vacancies.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure successful placements.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet client needs and market demands.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Proven track record (3+ years) in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Experience in sales and business development is a significant advantage.
