Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and strategic objectives.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates using a variety of methods including advanced search techniques, networking, and social media.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including screening interviews and reference checks, to ensure a perfect fit for client requirements.
• Manage the offer process, negotiation, and onboarding of successful candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to expand client base and service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , preferably with experience in a senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver against demanding timelines and client expectations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
• Strong understanding of market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices in candidate engagement.
