About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and placing top talent across various industries. You will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and needs analysis to candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation. Working remotely, you'll leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, contributing significantly to the company's growth and reputation for excellence in the field of talent acquisition, operating from the vibrant city of Aberdeen .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including online databases, social media, and networking.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with 5+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong understanding of candidate assessment techniques and employment law.
• Ability to thrive in a self-motivated, remote working environment.
