This role is perfect for a driven individual who excels at building client relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. You will take ownership of key accounts, manage the full recruitment cycle, and mentor junior team members. Working entirely remotely, you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload and client interactions effectively, contributing significantly to the company's continued growth and success in the competitive recruitment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Source, engage, and vet high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
• Lead on complex recruitment projects and provide strategic advice to clients on talent acquisition.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Oversee the negotiation and closing of offers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
• Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment consultancy , with a strong track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value client relationships and exceed targets.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent attraction techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote workload , demonstrating strong self-discipline and organizational skills.
