You will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of clients, from initial contact and needs analysis to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. This is a high-impact role where you will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts within designated sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Negotiate and close offers, ensuring a smooth transition for both the client and the candidate.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing the full recruitment process, from business development to placement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing strategies and assessment techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in HR, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
