Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using innovative recruitment techniques across various platforms.
• Manage client relationships, understand their hiring needs deeply, and provide expert consultative advice throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and execute targeted candidate engagement strategies to attract passive and active job seekers.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment best practices and market insights within the team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management within the recruitment industry .
• Strong understanding of the UK job market and different industry sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
