About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-value and complex client mandates.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand client base and market share in your specialism.
• Mentor, coach, and support junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Analyse market data and client feedback to identify new opportunities and refine recruitment strategies.
• Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and ethical recruitment standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding recruitment targets and successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of the Coventry job market and specific industry sectors.
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions.
• Proficiency in advanced recruitment tools, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
