Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex industrial systems and production lines, from concept to implementation.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize simulation and modeling software to test system performance and identify potential issues before deployment.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation, operational guidelines, and training materials.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within a remote work structure.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on systems design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in process simulation , modeling, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with CAD software for system layout and design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, automation, and operational efficiency best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
