Key Responsibilities

• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, performance metrics, and project plans accessible remotely.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders through digital communication channels.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff, regardless of their location.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in process optimization and system design.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency with simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management platforms.
