Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients within the dynamic technology recruitment market.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, entirely remotely.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical tech roles, including software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market intelligence and strategic recruitment advice.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and digital tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Mentor and support other remote team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing virtual environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant focus on the technology sector .
• Demonstrated success in remote working environments and managing remote client relationships.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and candidate networks.
• Expertise in sourcing methodologies, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, adapted for virtual interactions.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organised with a results-oriented mindset.
