Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract niche technology talent.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with technology clients, understanding their specific needs and company culture.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging technology roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and various tech stacks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong self-discipline and time management.
