Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret in vivo and in vitro studies to assess the efficacy and safety of novel neuropharmacological agents.

• Collaborate closely with medicinal chemists, biologists, and toxicologists to advance drug candidates.
• Analyze and present research data at internal meetings and scientific conferences.
• Mentor junior research staff and contribute to strategic research planning.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Neuroscience, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant research experience in neuropharmacology, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Extensive experience with CNS drug discovery, including target validation, assay development, and preclinical testing.
• Proficiency in a wide array of pharmacological techniques and animal models.
• Excellent scientific communication and leadership skills.
