Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex experiments to investigate novel biological pathways and potential drug targets.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets, employing advanced statistical methods to draw meaningful conclusions.
• Lead and mentor junior scientists, providing guidance on experimental design, execution, and data analysis.
• Prepare and present research findings at internal meetings and external scientific conferences.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemists, pharmacologists, and toxicologists, to advance drug candidates through the pipeline.
• Contribute to the writing of scientific publications and patent applications.

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in drug discovery .
• Proven track record in assay development, target validation, and preclinical research.
• Expertise in relevant biological techniques, such as molecular cloning, cell culture, protein expression analysis, and high-throughput screening.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
