Key Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and execute complex molecular and cellular biology experiments, including gene editing, protein analysis, and cell-based assays.

• Contribute to the development of new research strategies and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior research associates, providing technical expertise and training.
• Prepare and present data to project teams, scientific leadership, and at external forums.
• Maintain meticulous laboratory records and contribute to the writing of research reports and publications.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience, with a strong focus on molecular biology techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in techniques such as PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, and CRISPR/Cas9.
• Proven ability to design and execute complex experimental plans and interpret scientific data.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and sterile techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of scientific contribution.
