You will lead research projects, design and conduct complex experiments, and contribute to the discovery pipeline of next-generation treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vivo and in vitro experiments to investigate neurobiological pathways and drug targets.
• Develop and validate assays for assessing drug efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics in neurological models.
• Analyze and interpret complex pharmacological and biological data, drawing robust conclusions.
• Lead research projects from conception through to preclinical stages, managing timelines and resources.
• Collaborate closely with medicinal chemists, biologists, and clinicians to advance drug discovery programs.
• Prepare high-quality manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications and present findings at scientific conferences.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the scientific direction of the team.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Neuroscience, Biology, or a related discipline with a strong focus on neuropharmacology.
• A minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral research experience in academic or pharmaceutical settings.
• Proven expertise in experimental techniques relevant to neuropharmacology, such as electrophysiology, behavioral assays, and molecular biology.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading research projects and publishing in high-impact journals.
• Strong understanding of CNS diseases and drug development processes.
