Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization and performance analysis using advanced simulation software.
• Develop and implement integrated reservoir management plans to optimize production and enhance recovery rates.
• Perform economic evaluations of development scenarios and provide recommendations for capital investments.
• Collaborate with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and production engineers to define well placement and operational strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for management and project stakeholders.
• Mentor junior reservoir engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the technical community.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel RE) and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of geological concepts , petrophysics, and production operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering results in complex projects.
