About the Role

Our client is seeking a distinguished Senior Residential Architect to lead high-end residential projects from their remotely based operations. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional design flair, and a comprehensive understanding of the luxury housing market. You will oversee projects from initial client brief and concept development through to the delivery of stunning, bespoke homes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality bespoke residential projects, from concept to completion.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional architectural designs.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and visualisations for high-end homes.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the planning application process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Mentor junior architects and designers working on residential schemes.

Requirements

• RIBA Part III qualified architect with a substantial portfolio of high-end residential work.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in residential architecture.
• Expertise in residential design , including understanding of materials, construction techniques, and current trends.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and high-quality rendering software.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex residential projects independently and remotely.
