Key Responsibilities

• Lead candidate sourcing efforts, employing advanced search techniques across multiple platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust and engaged talent pool for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate effectively with Recruitment Consultants to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior resourcing staff, sharing best practices and expertise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates through various channels.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Proficiency in using advanced search tools and social media for candidate engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a fully remote setup.
