Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for assigned clients, from understanding needs to delivering high-quality candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified professionals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted recruitment advisor.
• Negotiate terms of employment and manage the pre-boarding process.
• Contribute to team strategy and mentor junior members of the resourcing team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within a consultancy or agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in candidate management and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
• A proactive and highly motivated approach to achieving targets in the Leeds area.
