Senior Resourcing Specialist — Hybrid & Global Hiring

Aztec Group is seeking a Recruitment Support professional to provide end-to-end recruitment across the Group, focusing on direct marketing, reducing costs, screening candidates, and aligning hires with the business values.

Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will build relationships with hiring managers, source talent on LinkedIn, liaise with external recruitment partners, ensure compliant processes, and support recruitment marketing activities and events.
