Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing outstanding service and assistance to meet their needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
• Support the store management team in achieving sales and operational objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably as a Senior Retail Associate or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
