Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products and offers.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Support the training and development of new and junior retail associates.
• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail customer-facing role, preferably with some supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
