Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales associates, sharing best practices.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably with some supervisory or training responsibilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly about new merchandise.
