You will develop and implement robust risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures, working collaboratively with departments to embed a strong risk culture. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and policies.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential risks.
- Design and oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on the risk profile to senior management and relevant committees.
- Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or credit risk within the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices in risk governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
