You will act as a mentor to junior team members, assisting the store management team with daily operations and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
