Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Who we are…

GlobalData Healthcare is a specialist information services business on a mission to help our Pharma, Biotech and Medical Devices clients decode the future, make better decisions and reach more customers. Using our unique data, expert analysis and innovative solutions we deliver intelligence for companies, government organisations and industry professionals.

We began our GlobalData journey in 2016, by combining a diverse range of specialist information services companies, with decades of trusted customer relationships and deep sector specialism.

Why join GlobalData?

GlobalData Healthcare is GlobalData’s largest division, and at a pivotal point in its growth journey. Following multiple acquisitions and having recently received transformational investment, we are in the process of being carved out from the main GlobalData business. We need curious, ambitious, courageous people to support us in achieving our vision of becoming the world’s trusted source of strategic industry intelligence.

Our big ambitions mean that life at GlobalData Healthcare is fast paced, entrepreneurial and rewarding. We recognise the collective power of our people, and it’s the collaboration of our teams that have shaped our success and will continue to do so in the future.

The role…

This is a founding, player-coach role focused on execution. You’ll build GDHC’s enablement function from the ground up, using field insights to shape strategy. You’ll design and own programmes, coordinate prepared, on-schedule delivery by experts across Product, Sales, CS and RevOps, and lead sessions on methodology and coaching. You’ll manage an Instructional Designer who turns your designs into high-quality content at pace.

You’ll enable New Business, Account Management and Customer Success, partnering with Sales and CS leaders to change behaviour on deals and renewals, shorten ramp time, and improve win and renewal rates.

What you’ll be doing…

Onboarding & training

Own and deliver new-hire onboarding from day one to full productivity, with clear 30/60/90-day ramp milestones

Build ongoing learning and competency plans across product, sales skills and industry context

Product training

Build a certification programme to keep the sales team current on our product as we build and ship

Partner with Product to translate releases into sales-ready knowledge

Sales systems training

Own enablement for Salesforce, Highspot, Gong and Planhat, delivering training, driving adoption and monitoring usage to improve value from each platform

Playbooks, methodology & process

Build the core sales playbook—covering ICP, personas, discovery, demos, objections and qualification—and roll out the agreed methodology, coaching the team until it becomes standard practice

Content & asset management

Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to produce compelling sales collateral, battlecards, and playbooks

Own and maintain a centralised repository of sales resources in Highspot that is current, organised, and actively used

Win/loss reviews

Build and run a win/loss programme with RevOps, sharing actionable insights with Product and Marketing

Coaching & skills development

Design and deliver Gong-based coaching, skills assessments and development plans to drive behaviour change and performance improvement

Performance & insights

Define KPIs to measure enablement impact

Analyse ramp time, win rates, pipeline conversion and quota attainment to identify gaps, and report regularly on outcomes and ROI

What we’re looking for…

Experience

5+ years in B2B SaaS or data and information services sales enablement, including building or substantially rebuilding programmes

Designed onboarding with measurable ramp outcomes, and rolled out and consistently coached a sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling or Challenger.

Coordinated and quality-assured SME-led enablement, while confidently leading sessions with senior sellers.

Used conversation intelligence for coaching and managed a content platform using usage data; directed an instructional designer or content producer and understand adult learning.

Commercially focused on pipeline, win rates, renewals and attainment; builds strong partnerships across Sales, CS, Product and Marketing

Skills

Resourceful and self-directed–you build solutions, making progress without waiting for perfect tools or resources

Credible with experienced sellers–you lead sessions with senior AEs and hold the room

Data-driven with the ability to translate performance insights into action

Strong collaborator across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product

Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and enablement tools

Experience managing and deploying content via Highspot or equivalent sales enablement platforms
