Key Responsibilities

• Design and synthesize novel chemical probes for target engagement and pathway analysis.

• Contribute to hit identification and lead optimization efforts by designing molecules with desirable properties.
• Interpret complex data and present findings clearly to both chemistry and biology-focused teams.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemical Biology, Organic Chemistry, or a related field with a strong biological component.
• 5+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience focusing on chemical probe development or related areas.
• Demonstrated expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, including purification and characterization techniques.
• Experience with biochemical and cell-based assay development and execution.
• Strong understanding of biological pathways and drug discovery principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills suitable for remote collaboration.
