About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join their marketing team in Bristol . This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital properties. Working closely with content, development, and marketing teams, you will identify opportunities, implement best practices, and monitor performance to ensure maximum organic search impact. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies , including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that align with target keywords and user intent.
• Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure website crawlability and indexability.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) , with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
• Expertise in both technical and content-focused SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
