Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Senior SEO Specialist to join their innovative digital team in Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive search engine optimization strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our websites. This role involves in-depth keyword research, technical SEO audits, content optimization, and performance tracking. You will work collaboratively with content creators and web developers to ensure our online presence ranks highly and effectively engages our target audience. This is a key role for someone passionate about the ever-evolving landscape of search engines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink audits.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site speed, crawlability, and indexability.
Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and header tags for target keywords.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and insights.
Stay current with search engine algorithms, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) .
Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic for websites.
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts clearly to stakeholders.
